1. Introduction

Welcome to SkyRaven! These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of our truck bed campers. By purchasing, installing, or using a SkyRaven camper, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Purchase Agreement

2.1. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are subject to SkyRaven’s return policy. 2.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 2.3. SkyRaven reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons. 2.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SkyRaven is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

3. Warranty and Liability

3.1. SkyRaven provides a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. 3.2. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. 3.3. SkyRaven is not responsible for damages, injuries, or liabilities resulting from improper installation or use of the camper. 3.4. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the camper is compatible with their vehicle and installed according to guidelines.

4. Installation and Usage

4.1. Installation must be performed according to SkyRaven’s guidelines and recommendations. 4.2. SkyRaven is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or modifications. 4.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring the camper is securely mounted before travel. 4.4. The camper must be used only for its intended purpose. SkyRaven is not liable for damages from improper use.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Returns are accepted only within 1 week of delivery and must meet return policy conditions. 5.2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. 5.3. Returned campers must be in unused condition with original packaging and accessories.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. SkyRaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. 6.2. SkyRaven’s total liability under any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the camper.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyRaven from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse, installation errors, or third-party modifications of the camper.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws by the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

SkyRaven reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
